Not Receiving Communications?
Here are a few things to try
1. Check Spam
Sometimes mass communications are filtered into your Spam Folder. Check here and then click "Mark as not Spam". Emails from that address will then appear in your inbox.
2. Change Email
You may have the wrong email address on your Skyward account. To correct this, log into your Skyward Family Access account. Click "My Account" on the top right, type in your new email address and click "Save".
3. Change Phone Number
If you are not receiving phone calls your phone number may be incorrect in Skyward. You can change this by logging into your Skyward Family Access Portal. Clicking on "Student Info" then clicking "Request Changes for (student)" In that dropdown click Emergency Contacts. Enter the Primary Phone Number and click "save". This will send a request to the front office of the school and they will approve your change or call with any questions.
4. Unblock
You may have inadvertently unsubscribed from our emails. If you feel this is the case you can contact the front office of your school to check and correct this issue.
