HELP US FORM A PEACEFUL COMMUNITY AT WAKEFIELD SCHOOL... AND BEYOND!

Wakefield School students, parents, and teachers participated in a Peace Walk along Main Street in Wakefield to commemorate the Civil Rights walk that took place 40 years ago.  There will be a course offered for Wakefield School parents and guardians on the philosophies and practical application of nonviolence and conflict reconciliation based on the life and work of Dr. Martin L. King Jr.

This course, led by certified nonviolence trainer Robin Wildman, will be offered evenings at Wakefield School, beginning this Fall! (Dates and times to be announced in September)

We will meet for 4 sessions and share information with each other about conflicts we have experienced and how we can achieve reconciliation. In addition, you will gain information about the Principles and Skills of nonviolence, how they have been applied throughout history, and how students and staff are using them at Wakefield School!

If you are interested in attending this 4 session course, please send a note to Robin Wildman at Wakefield School with your email address or phone number today!
