The planner that your child received on the first day of school is to be used daily to record homework assignments. A good way to stay informed is to check the planner daily. Brief notes may be written in the planner between the core subject teachers and parents as needed. Most homework information is also available on www.schoolnotes.com. Type in 02879 and click on Mrs. Goldstein to access this information and helpful hints. You may also access the homework by clicking on the Nightly Homework link on this site. The planner is also used as a hall pass if your child needs to leave class to use the lav, see the nurse, etc. It is your child’s responsibility to have the planner at all times. The first planner is provided free of charge. A replacement planner must be purchased if a student loses the first planner. It is expected that all pages will remain in the planner until the end of the year. Parents, we welcome your involvement! Let us know if you have any suggestions or areas of expertise you’d like to share with us. We are looking forward to an exciting and challenging year! Marlin Team Teachers |
